Interested, intrigued, aspiring, or cautious about enhancing your relationship, intimacy, or sexuality? This one-evening introductory talk is a simple and safe way to step further in.

Through this introductory evening you will:

• Understand the basics of sexual polarity
• Learn the distinctions of artful practice
• Discover why intimacy is challenging
• Experience heart-based embodied sexuality
• Relax into your body’s sexual essence

Four Week Fundamentals Workshop

One regret that I am determined not to have when I am lying upon my deathbed is that we did not kiss enough. – Hafiz

Cultivation requires guidance, and practice is the means for deepening. Take the first steps towards creating your own Art of Sexual Intimacy. This four-week course will provide you with thorough guidance and practice in some fundamentals for establishing your intimacy practice, laying a foundation for richer explorations of sexual opening, play, and love.

In these four weeks you will:

• Explore more of your innate sexual nature
• Enhance your capacity to vitalize sexual polarity
• Experience greater personal embodiment
• Stretch into the light and dark realms of sexuality
• Learn about responsible sexual expression
• Discover how far you can go as love

While there will be some basic theory, these four classes will emphasize practice with the majority of the time dedicated to bodily practice in relationship to another. Some of your edges will be pushed, some of your patterns stretched, yet all of your heart will be involved, as you discover more about your range of intimate capacity and offering. There will be weekly homework assignments.

• Physical practices that will deepen your sexual capacity
• Heart practices that will enhance your relational intimacy
• Relational practices that will enrich your ability to love
• Emotional practices that will foster your heart’s creativity
• Shadow practices that will unearth blocked beliefs and energy

This workshop will be limited to 14 men and 14 women. Couples and singles are welcome. Equal numbers of men and women will be maintained for the workshop. You must be over 18 years of age to attend.

Attendees need to fill out an application form. Full registration will be complete once application completed and accepted. Upon payment you will be redirected to download the application form.

Overnight Burial Ritual for Men

• Dig into the depths of your truths and your fears.
• Unearth what is next for you.

Burial rituals have been used across the world for thousands of years to help men step into their next expression of direction, purpose, and meaning. The earth is used as a cocoon to deliver healing, point out fears, and evoke transformation.

In this retreat you will be guided through a burial process for your own personal evolution. You will be part of a small group undertaking this ritual, yet the depth and dark of your work will be solo.

This is a safe and supervised overnight outdoor retreat, limited to six participants. You will meet your shadows, and also gain what’s needed to claim new ground.

Loving without boundaries requires rhythmically stepping through the tide-pools of both Pleasure and Pain into the unpredictable seas of Passion. The cycles of pleasure and pain appear to continuously and capriciously surge through our lives. We see this in culture and art, and we feel this in our hearts, bodies, and souls.

Depending on the moment, we may experience these waves as a play or a challenge with Life. When Life feels good we move more into it. When Life feels bad we contract away from it. We perpetuate all cycles of existence, including divine mysteries and hellish constrictions, not by our mere involvement in them, but because of our unconscious non-creative involvement within their currents.

Sexually we want what feels good. Yet, loving contains pain, and intimacy requires a vulnerable heart. Hence, the rhythms of true Passion will always flow with both Pleasure and Pain. To consciously know your limits and then freely surf them out – sometimes all the way to shore, sometimes crashing under the waves – is the continuous choice of the devoted lover, the sexual practitioner.

Introduction to the Yoga of Sexual Intimacy

Sex and Intimacy – two very different ways of being with another in relationship. Often we give one more than the other, sometimes we’re lucky to receive either. However, when truly brought together through an act of love, the union experienced in sexual intimacy can be the most profound dissolving into bliss and truth we might ever know.

Nonetheless, when given the opportunity most people engage with sex and intimacy in the same way over and over again, all the time. We tend to grab any amount of quantity for lack of quality.

We often yearn for great, lavish hours of romanticism and erotica with our loved one, yet, we can barely make eye contact after a day at work. We crave for wild nights of passion, yet we miss stoking the subtle fires that constantly burn in our hearts. We leak and surge our sexual energy outwards in the hope of a provocative fleeting moment, instead of cultivating our inward flow for the truth of our authentic desires.

We believe that great sex and true intimacy just naturally occur, without realizing that, like anything worthwhile, we must practice to continually unfold, step beyond, and open into relational ecstasy. That is the yoga of sexual intimacy.

This mixed gender workshop will focus on the cultivation of intimacy and sexual dynamism, through an integration of knowledge and practice that you can use in your life right away (even if you are single).

In The Yoga of Sexual Intimacy you will:

• Understand some basic principles of sexual polarity for love-making
• Learn the distinctions and necessities of artful love practice
• Experience the play of heart-based embodied sexual polarity
• Increase your physical and emotional endurance within intimacy
• Enhance the barometer of your heart in relationship to another
• Discover how to use energy to cultivate deeper intimacy
• Embody presence to amplify light’s opening
• Stretch yourself into the subtle realms of creative sexuality
• Find out where your limits to intimacy are, and go beyond
• Learn how to adjust your love-making in the moment
• Recover from the highs and lows of physical exchange
• Push your edge in giving and receiving love’s most intimate gifts

This workshop welcomes both men and women, singles and couples. An equal number of male and female participants is maintained for cohesive practice. You will be relating with individuals of the opposite gender for the sake of practice. Same sex couples are also welcome (please contact for details). You must be over 18 years of age to attend. There is no nudity, nor explicit sexual touching in the workshop. The highest degree of safety, clarity, and integrity is maintained for all workshop participants.
